Will my laptop need to have an internet connection for the mini to work? Most of my cartridges are linked, and the ones that aren't I have, so I wont hav eto buy anything from the shop. Will it work? Thanks!

To be able to work with CCR you need a internet connection, so yes you need the internet connection for your mini to work. I believe you can download the version that you can work with offline but not sure you'd be able to cut.
