I read a couple different threads but didnt really get my answer.
Recently got 3 new carts and they were sealed and everything. No reward points inside though. It was Pooh and Friends, Mickey and Friends and Dress Up Paper dolls.
They are all on the list for having points. Just not sure what to do.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. :)

You should call PC customer service. 1-877-727-4288. GG Edited by user Wednesday, July 18, 2012 3:27:01 PM(UTC)

I'm pretty sure these carts were all released before the rewards program started, so there wouldn't be any rewards in them. You might still want to check with CS just to be sure. Colleen

Mickey and Friends does NOT have points, it came out before the program. I don't know about the paper doll one I believe it was before the program and Pooh and Friends should have 100 points. I know people said to call Cricut's customer service but its actually better to email the rewards program. (the rewards program is handled by a 3rd party) their email is service@cricutrewards.com I've had to do this before its really easy just email them explaining you didn't get points, they will want the serial number off the back of the cartridge, and where and when you bought it. and they will email you back with the rewards number. I've always gotten a reply within one business day

I had called CS when I was missing points, they said I had to register my cartridge online first, using the code on the back of the cartridge (not the serial number on the box). They were very helpful and speedy though!

You go to the rewards site and download the form for a missing rewards certificate. If you follow the direcections and put in your numbers from the box- the site will let you know if the cart has points or not!!! then myou mail them the form along with the bar code from the box top, then PC emails you the rewards certificate number. It takes around three weeks from start to finish. It is worth checking all of your carts you are un sure of. :)

The Pooh and Friends didn't have the rewards inside so they generated a rewards ticket and I was able to get the reward credit. It is a bit of a pita, but worth the 100 points. Good luck! I've heard of so many people having to request for that one.

I just used the online chat feature to speak with 'Ashley' from PC about not getting a rewards certificate with my new/sealed "Pooh Font Set" cartridge. She asked for the serial number off the back of the cartridge and then she issued me a rewards number right there in the chat--no waiting on an email or filling out a form! I immediately redeemed it on the rewards page because I wanted to be sure that there were no problem or to deal with them now if there were; but luckily, I'm happy to say, all went well. So you if you have your cartridge handy, you might want to try the online chat feature for this issue. I'm going to cross post this in the chat section so others will know too. ~Selena
