(Don't use the Load mat button on the Gypsy.) This is a problem that arose in the latest E2 update and has been reported.

Chris, It is now a year since you posted that link. Today I tried it, and got a message saying that can not be found. Is there a way to access this or is it gone for good?

Tip of the Day!!
There is a new update for Cricut Sync. With the new update for C Sync, it deletes the Mini and E2 drivers and once you connect the E2, C Sync adds the new drivers to the E2. At this writing, C Sync update does not add to the firmware or content as it is supposed to make CCR and the E2 talk to one another better and for the E2 and C Sync to talk better as well.
