Hi I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but i went to link this cartridge from my expression to CCR. Once i get to the accept terms part i click accept and then i get a message that says, "Cartridge cannot be linked. It has been changed." What does this mean?

I'm a newbie and I've just come across this problem as well. It would be great if some of the veterans could give us an idea on how to fix it. Been searching the internet for answers. Was so ready to craft with my new mini today! :(
