I recently bought the gypsy to use with my cake cricut. I am having trouble using them together. I have my gypsy connected to the cricut, and I updated it, but it just keeps saying on my cricut that "cartrige not found, please insert cartrige". Help!

With the cake machine or regular machines, you have to have a cartridge in there even though you are not using it. You will be using the gypsy, but just put any cartridge in the cartridge holder and see if that will work. Hope that helps!

I'm not sure about the cricut cake, but I've used the gypsy and my expression and don't put a cartridge in there.

I agree with Wonder Woman while the G is connected to the Cricut, you do not need a cart in the machine.
