I store my older, 8 1/2 x 11 scrapbooks in the living room in a cabinet that they fit in. I store my 12x12 albums in my scrapbook room on 4 lower shelves on my scrapping room bookshelf. The Scrapbooks on the left are finished, the scrapbooks on the right are empty and free to be used. The upper right shelves hold my HALO rubber stamps in lots of binders and my Studio G clear stamps in binders. The three left upper shelves hold my Scrapbooking books. booklover33 attached the following image(s):

I store mine on a large wooden shelf in our living room, which is the most "formal" area in our home (it is the pretty room, as we also have a family room on the same floor and a rec room in the basement). I have them arranged like you would any other books, and there are decorative items such as a big urn and some framed photos on there too. The scrapbooks are not on every shelf, and the piece of furniture is deep enough that the books fit comfortably; I only do 12x12 albums, and am very loyal to Creative Memories albums.
I also leave one out on the coffee table, so that it gets looked at. I rotate the "display" book every so often.
