I just bought the Elecgant Edges cartridge for my older cricut, but it won't print. It says the image is too large. I have 6 x 12 paper loaded and have tried to print different things at 1". I have turned it off and on several times. Any suggestions? The package on the new cartridge says it will work with all machines.

Elegant Edges definitely works with the Personal Cricut. Before you cut does the info in the window say that your paper size is 6x12?
Are you using the arrows on the Cricut to move the blade away from the top right corner?

I am having the same issue. I cannot get it to cut either. Frustrating. I will be phoning the Cricut company.
