Just started the Wilton Cake Decorating Course, and decided to make a Cake for Today! I used the Don Juan Cartridge for the font. Enjoy, and ....GO PATS!

My daughter and granddaughter are LOVING the classes. My granddaughter wants to be he next Cake Boss! I am planning to take the fondant & gumpaste class next.
