Hi folks I got a cuttlebug for my birthday last month and due to other commitments i only got a chance to 'play' with it over the weekend. The one i have got is the new one V2 (if that helps) and it was working perfectly on Saturday and Sunday but when i went to use it on Monday it won't work It is almost like the rollers have 'pushed' in if that makes sense as i am using the A and 2 B mats and it is just feeding the 2 B plates through and not the A mat. I thought perhaps i should only have 1 B plate but that is too thin. Any idea's at all? As it was a present i don't know where it came from and being a very heavy item it will cost a fortune to send anywhere for a replacement. Hope someone can help me and thanks in advance Christine

run your hand over the top and bottom rollers one at a time if the handle spins when you do this it might be the thickness of your sandwich. If one or both don't make the handle spin it is more than likely broken sorry. If that is the case I would call Provo Craft customer service for what to do.

It may be that your "sandwich" is too thick at the leading edge - try positioning your folder/card combo further back from the front edge, this should allow the B plates to go in under the rollers...if this doesn't work then it may that that your CB has a fault - contact Provocraft direct....hth

Woo Woo Woo my cuttlebug works
Thank you for your help ladies and the rollers did work so i thought no i will give it a go and worked out what you said Izzy it was the sandwich being too thick at the top. It wouldn't work but if i put the card stock & folder in the middle of the plate it has worked/.
But i am sure ihave put it at the top of the page before but hey hoe at least i know it isn't broken.
Now i can craft to my hearts content again :)
Thank you for your help
Christine
