I dont have wireless on my pc just my laptop. so i cant find drivers for my cricut. i want to be able to put a drive on my thumb drive and transfer it to my pc. i hope this makes sense if any one can help me, please help. so confused

If you connect your Cricut to your laptop you'll be able to update the driver. Depending on which Cricut you have you'll either use Design Studio/Gypsy or Cricut Sync. Once you have updated your Cricut you can connect it to your PC or any other computer for that matter without updating the driver again.
