The cord that I have for the Gypsy fits my other carts. Now I have the Imagine and the carts don't fit. Do I need a new cord for them?

I believe you plug it into the Imagine. Then turn it on, insert cart, then turn on gypsy. Then follow what your screen says. There was a more detailed post on this earlier. Hope I was able to help. Also look up YouTube. They are very helpful.
