This was a fairly simple card to make, although it took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to do. Am I the only one who frets over coming up with the perfect design? Anyway, hope you enjoy it. GraceBaxter attached the following image(s):

Pretty card , Grace !! I love that bird and the heart is so pretty!! I only wish you were the only one that fretted over a design...that would mean that I never would fret over every card I create !!

So pretty! All your fretting turned out wonderfully. I have such a hard time making cards myself. I think with scrapbooking you have a starting off point, your pictures. But a card is something from nothing & is intimidating for me. TFS!

Beautiful card....well worth all of the fretting! No, you are not the only one. I'm still trying to finish mine. I have the focal point, but I'm still trying to match up a background.

Very, very nice! I would not change a thing. I can take forever picking out the papers to use at times! That usually takes longer than cutting out the parts and assembling the card!

Very pretty! My mom and I always talk about how much we fret over making cards. I really think we over think them. I see simple cards that are just so precious! Congrats on making the chirp!!

It might have been a "fairly simple" card to make but it's gorgeous! No.....you are not the only one who frets over the design. I sometimes have several "drafts" before I make the perfect card! I bet there are plenty of crafters out there who face the same quandary.

I would make way more cards and layouts if I didn't analyze every positioning and color choice that I made, so I'm right there with you!!

What a pretty card, I like everything about it. May I ask what you did to create the puffiness on the heart balloon? It gives it a very realistic look.
