I will be sending 186 V-cards to Phyllis today for the mtn zone, S/B there by Tuesday. Working on B-day and general cards that I will mail with the next theme......time went by so fast I didn't get those done.

Hi
I have never done this before but my co-workers daughter is a nurse and she is over in Afghanistan. After hearing some of the stories I have decided that I would love to make cards for soldiers. I am in WA State, and have lots and lots of paper so this will be really good for me.
I just dont quite get what to do??? Can all the cards be the same??? Can it be for all Holidays at one time??? Would love more info :)

Chris a theme is posted on a separate thread, like the current one that is geared toward Valentine's day but the soldiers are always in need of general cards. You can send those at any time but the holiday ones are needed by the date indicated on the theme. All the cards can be the same, lots do it that way. I am the West and Mountain time zones shipper, we have a central and east time zone shipper too. Pat (imincrghere) is the head of this great group and will be posting the next theme which will probably include Easter cards along with general also. You can post the amount on the sign up thread and we can add it to the tally. We do this tally just as info. I can PM you my address when you're ready.
There is a FAQ thread on the CFS forum if you have any questions. Also lots of info is in the first page of each theme thread.
