I need a housing blade for my original Cricut but have not been able to find anything but the deep cut blade housing. Can I use a regular blade with the deep cut housing?? Has anyone had any experience with this??

Never tried it but why not just use the deep cut blade? You may go thru mats faster (MAY) but in a pinch...
