PLEASE PLEASE HELP. I finally received a Cricut for Christmas and now it will not power on when I push the button. I have unplugged and tried different outlets. The green light on the AC plug is on, so I know it is receiving power.

You might have a bad power supply, even though the light is green. This happened to me, I called PC and they sent me a new power supply. If you have another cricut machine, or know someone that does, try their power supply to see if the machine will turn on. Either way, you will need to call PC.
