I am having a terrible time with getting my 3D ornaments key to take - I have read that some of you have done a live chat because you to have had that problem - How can I get to live chat and is it up and running on sunday? Please help!!!!!!

Please help!!!!!! Sorry to hear about the ornaments, mine didn't take either. To get to live chat, you would need to go to cricut.com and log in with your account. At the bottom of that page you will see a live chat button. They are not open today though.

I had the problem with Font and Basic Shapes. If you go to WWW.cricut.com/cricutmini it takes you to the redemption page. It says at the bottom of 3D ornaments problem with code. Click on it, fill out the form. I had a new code for Fonts and Basic Shapes in 6 hours. HTH Denise
