Here is a scrapbooking layout that I loved so much for Christmas pictures. I have used it in my own books, and also in a book I did for another family. It is simple, but I think it is cute.  After I placed the pictures on the page, I drew a black swirling line around the outer borders of the page. Then I used my Christmas Cheer Cricut Cartridge I cut the Christmas light bulbs out of a variety of colors. If you wanted to give the bulbs more "shimmer" you could cut them from glitter or metallic papers.
