I made 4 snowmen with some wall pops I bought from Lowes when they clearanced them a couple years ago.

redrose your PM box is full.
Wall pops are just vinyl. Lowes use to sell them so you didn't have to put up wall paper and they could be taken off walls easily. I cut the bodies in white and used different colors for the rest and layered them. Hope that helps.

maryklein I think I did them at 4 or 5 inches.
