I made this for my one year old. She LOVES Elmo and has been walking around in an Elmo bib for days. So I thought a Elmo t-shirt would be perfect. Unfortunately, I didn't have orange HTV to make Elmo's nose. Shame on me! I have it on order and will soon be making her favorite. But~ she has now added Cookie to her favorites and loved the t-shirt! Although she still did wear the Elmo bib over the Cookie t-shirt. This was my first attempt using HTV and I found it to be very forgiving. I didn't use enough heat the first time, but I simply turned the iron up and tried again. It worked perfectly! It survived the day with her and the wash. I did not put it in the dryer. SaraAndrews1 attached the following image(s):

Thanks! HTV is heat transfer vinyl.
You use an iron to apply it to your fabric/ tshirt.
