I have a new My Story laminating machine bundle and am curious as to what a part is - it's a rectagular plastic piece with diagonal slots in it. It's a metallic light turqoise with two notches that look like they fit over or into something, also the piece has two built-in pegs with rubber caps. Looking at the book there is no explanation as to what it does or how it fits. Sooooo .... my question is what is it and where does it go?

Without a pic it is kind of hard to determine but I think it may be the cooling rack. Any chance you can get a pic of it?

I believe the part youre talking about is the stand that goes on the pull-out cooling rack on the back of the yourstory....if you pull the rack out you will see that the piece in question rests on the two bottom rails that come from the bottom. This is so your books have a solid surface to sit on. Hope this helps you. Kathie

I was wondering that too at first, but figured it out. PC sure doesn't give very good instructions, do they!

The last page of the book shows how to put the cooling rack together. Maybe that will help (it has pictures).
