Jolly Holidays was the perfect finishing touch for my 3D SANTA Letters. I LOVE this cart. Each letter stands about 6 inches tall and about 1 3/4 inches thick. Thanks for letting me share. More details and pictures on my blog.

Oh thank you! I am updating this thread with a direct link to the 3d letter post. It has some helpful tips incase you are attempting to make this project.
