I bought a cricut imagine and I am so frustrated! I have followed all instructions 1. plugged it in 2. turned power on 3. screen says insert the included cart. to update your cricut imagine with the latest features before using. okay......... so i have did this over and over when I insert cartridge and no update happens. what do i do !!!!!!! i WAS SO EXCITTED but, now i an so dang tiered of messing with it. PLEASE HELP. KIM
