are you getting nice bright colors, or are they dull and muted. I tried the same color codes directly in my imagine and they are beautiful. When I put them into CCR they are faded and dull. Anyone else having this problem. Also my mat is not cutting, just printint and ejecting out the other side.

I can't help with your first question as my Imagine hasn't arrived yet, but I do know that the printing and ejecting problem is happening to many beta testers.

Mine is printing and spitting it out before it cuts. I was able to print and cut one time before it started spitting it out. I also found that is if I turn my firewall off my computer recognizes my Imagine and they connect without any problems.
