Thank you so much for the info and the update but what's next? I have an Expression, the E2 and a Gypsy, do I go through the Sync process again? I have tried the Sync process with my E2 and I always get a message saying device not connected. So I guess I need to know what to do next?

Is there a trick to copy and pasting text using the Design Studio. I have been fussing with some gift tags trying to put a baby name on them and I'll be darned that when I select all, it only copies the last letter! I held down control button and that didn't help. I really don't want to copy and paste each letter on 16 tags! Thanks to anyone that has a plan.

Use the nudge feature and/or the zoom button to make sure they're touching, then you click on each letter and check weld. In other words, each letter has to have the weld checked. HTH
