I am trying to decide which I would like to have. I received the Expression 2 for Mother's Day but really am interested in the Print aspect of the Imagine. Can anyone tell the pro's and con's of each machine?

I would say Imagine all the way. I absolutely love mine. I work strictly with white cardstock ($5 for 40 sheets from Walmart) now and print and cut all of my papers and images combining Imagine carts and regular carts. Every once in a while I pull printed paper from my stash but not too often. It is much easier to use the patterns and color palette which guarantees everything will coordinate. I have purchased my cartridges from eBay on the average for 25 to 30 dollars or less for the patterns carts which are my favorite anyway.
I have had my Imagine since Christmas and have only had to replace the color ink cart 1 time but I use it everyday and have been to 2 weekend long crops and only used it.
Since getting my Imagine, my daughters are the only ones that have used my Expression. The only reason I can think of for wanting the E2 is the built in carts, but it is a little pricey to purchase just for that in my opinion.
I hope this helps with your decision. I am a little biased, I have had NO trouble with my I at all. Feel free to click on my blog button below to see some of my Imagine projects. (pardon my blog, it' under construction ;) blessings, jana

I have both. I can tell you what a joy for me use them. I have the E2 for a bit longer and rec. the I only recently. The E2 works like a charm is pleasant to use- cuts well- love the 4 carts in it. The I does what it does well which is print and cut. I have had to do advance calibration on it but it seems to be pretty good. Did we need either - probably not but boy they each add something to the Cricut line. I can see possiblities with each. My best suggestion is check out videos online since there are not demos in store. If you have to choose- decide what you really want to add as a tool for your crafting. I hope you enjoy whatever you choose. BJR.
