I was in Pat Catan's today and saw probably 20 embossing folders from Darice! They're A2 and look to be the same thickness as Cuttlebug folders. Anyone tried using these in their Cuttlebugs? They're $3.97 which is a little more than I normally pay for Cuttlebug folders, but the Darice brand has some adorable designs!

I just might have to go back tomorrow and take some pictures of them to post here! I pass by a Pat Catan's on my way home from work every day.

UPDATE: I posted pictures on my blog. I took them with my cell phone so the quality isn't the best. I may have to go back and try again. I just felt so silly taking pictures (like I was doing something wrong).

Last week when I was in Pat Catans, I saw them also and bought the swirl and dots. Work just like any other folder. It was nice to see other selections than what have been in the stores for a few years(it seems) Will buy more

Just picked one up at Crafts 2000 for $3.97. They only had about 8 in stock. I'll try and go back tomorrow and take some pics.

Love Love I love these, I have 12 of them and got them on E bay for $3.49, and just ordered several more they work perfectly in the cuttlebug with the A plate and 2 B plates. Love Love These are so different from Provo craft and some are very delicate. They work just great. Drool Drool if you go on E bay, just put in Darice Folders and you will bring up the ladies site, carol something, she is great...LOL .....I have over 15 of the ones from Provo and use them all the time, but these are a little more delicate...Flapper Dont know what I would do without my OLD Cuttlebug, I am on my second one of the origional, my sister has the new one, dont like it.

I went to Michaels and bought the new V2 as my daughter wanted me to have 2 the old and new. RETURNED THE NEW ONE IT IS JUNK AND VERY HARD TO USE, YOU REALLY HAVE TO USE MUSCEL.. LADIES,,,KEEP THE OLD ONE, IF YOU NEED REPLACEMENT PLATES, YOU CAN GET THEM ON E BAY FOR A NOMINAL PRICE...Laugh Laugh

I use the Darice folders all the time. HOBBY LOBBY here has them in stock....Also get them online. I also like the Craft Concepts brand and there is another one that comes from England and Australia I think....many of the designs that Provocraft does not have.
Sizzix has some cute new ones out for Christmas that I found in JoAnns, but they are in a set.

I agree with Theresa about the old Cuttlebug being a better machine than the CB2. I also have gotten a VAGABOND recently and I am really loving it.

The new cuttlebug is just as good as the original. I have them both and can't tell the difference. Happy Cuddling.....And all those folders are great.
