Good morning everyone. Raquel...so glad you are feeling better and thanks for the sketches. I've never entered any other challenge, and I was wondering if you have to have your own blog to do so? Also, how do you find all these different blogs to enter? Is there a list?

Here's this weeks Ad Colors. I based them on a pair of shoes I just bought...(Only kidding!!!)

Ok a lot are asking if you have to have a blog to enter the challenges...

NO, you don't have to have your own blog for most of the challenges.
Some of them have their own gallery you can upload your pictures to. Go to the link for each of the challenges and read their rules and follow directions on how to post and where to go to submit your work.

However, regardless whether you have a blog or not... please post your pictures here for all of us to ooooogle and drool over. BigGrin BigGrin BigGrin

DeeScraps:
love the shoes! Are those 6" heels? Thanks for posting that... great colors

britishgirl:
wow... finished with 2 already? You're fast. Your Mojo round card is wonderful and what a neat contrast with the red and white. Love the summer card!

Well it is very quiet on here, are you on a holiday over there?

Dee - Nice colours for this week, love the hot pink.

Britishgirl - Nice job on the circle card, great card for the beach theme.

Bingolady - Great idea to make a fridge magnet, love the cool greens in the other.

Turtlebug - Great use of the calendar on your good luck card. What a cute image on your card for #2. It reminds me of my Mum and her sister who is staying with her for 3 weeks from Seattle.

I have been working on this one today for an order. The lady loves camper vans and the beach.

I have had the back ground paper/card for quite sometime. The main image is a peeloff. The surf board stamp I bought this year and have been waiting to use it. The card is a A5 finished size. TFL

BingoLady: wow on that magnet! I love how your interpretation of the circle sketch came out. That is super neat! LOVE your mostly green card! Everything just flows so well together and that zigzag paper pulls them all so nice and neatly. Wonderful job

Turtlebug: pretty circle card! Love that background paper you used and the use of vellum. Cute cute 2nd card, great job with the coloring and love that sentiment you used

AcrossThePond: what a great image you used for both cards and love the colors on both. Great addition of the hat on the first card. Both super fun cards. The lady has a cute bottom on that image... LOL! Oooh what bright and vibrant colors you used for the birthday card. The surf boards are so cute. All your cards this week calls out to me with the bright colors... love them all

cstanzione: I always look forward to what kind of shimmer and glitter I'm going to see in your cards... this is no exception! Love the sunset coming out of the image and what pretty borders to that card!

I finished one card earlier today but I couldn't get into my Photo Bucket account to post it. Sooooo frustrating. I even asked for a new password and PB kept saying my user name was wrong! FINALLY got in.

I needed a graduation card in these colors and I think it worked out OK. I've been saving the charm to use when I made this card....it's for someone special! I even remembered to emboss on the blue and red layers.

Hi everyone, I am still here peaking in but have been very busy this week. Got a new bed yesterday went from Queen to King so had to do a bit of rearranging and cleaning to get ready for it to be delivered. Whew how the dust can build upCrying. Then my laptop died and I am waiting for me new one so that is where I usually post from. Not too good at typing on this iPad thing Huh
Fabulous cards so far ladies and hope to get something started today.

Hi Everyone... I have missed all of the great cards lately due to being so busy. I had asked my granddaughter if she wanted a scrapbook for her graduation party a year ago... well she and her mom decided to do poster boards UNTIL... 2 weeks before her party... so guess who got elected to do the scrapbook... I had to put together a scrapbook, make 7 graduation cards, and do 100 thank you notes along with sitting with Megan for 2 to 3 days a week... I have finished every thing plus the graduation party was a very big success. Now we just have to go to the Graduation ceremony!!!

So it is time to get back to having fun doing my cards and checking out this site more often.

Wow the cards are great so far this week!!! Raquel the sketches are great looking too... and so glad you are doing the challenge blogs... since I don't visit many.

Here is my graduation card to my granddaughter...I did this card after the party but in time to give her after her graduation ceremony. The background of the pic on her card is her cake....the 4 girls in the small pic were the ones that went together to have the party... and of course that beautiful red head is my granddaughter!!!

My Extra Credit Summer Theme Card:

Duck - Give A Hoot Cartridge
Background Cardstock - Old B'day Card
Sentiment - Give A Hoot Cartridge using "Shadow" Button

Used diminsional tape on the Duck for a 3-D effect, added tiny gems to the Ducks' body and used glitter cardstock to shadow the body. Used gold glitter gel pen on all the shells and then covered them with Crackle Accents. Used green and blue glitter gel pens to trace over the plants, shoreline and the ocean. The card size is 5"X8".

SORRY, for the BIIIIIG post. Have been working with NanaDonna (by phone, no less!!) all day TRYING to learn how to post my cards from Photobucket, promise to improve by next post!!
