This info is only for F-Secure users. I'll address other anti-virus programs in a different thread.Avast users see this thread: http://main.cricut.com/communit...le-logging-into-CCR.aspxZone Alarm users see this thread: http://main.cricut.com/communit...5_posts.aspx#post1379275If you use F-Secure Computer Security on your computer and you are unable to login to CCR here's some instructions that may help. Close CCR!1. Open F-Secure by clicking on the F-Secure Icon on your desktop or by right clicking on the triangle in the lower right of your screen, then clicking on the F-Secure icon. 2. Click the Computer Security button
 3. Click the Settings button 4. If you get a User Account Control warning select Yes. 5. Click on the Deep Guard menu then on Open List of Monitored Applications 6. If ccrbridge.exe appears in the list highlight it and click on the Details button 7. In the Permission section click on Allow, then OK. 8. Uncheck the box next to Use Advanced Process Monitoring then press OK, then Close. Open CCR and try to login! Please let me know how you go! I have this virus software and I do not uncheck the advanced monitoring. You should not have to put your computer at risk to run this program. On Windows 7 and Windows XP this is what you need to do to run CCR.
Windows 7 64bit Set up.
1. Downloaded the CCR program from PC's website and saved it to my computer.
2. I right clicked and went to compatibility on the Cricut-craftroom.exe install file. A. I checked run as Administrator. B. I checked run as windows xp service pack 3 version.
3. Installed CCR
4. It installed into my program files (X86) A. I went into the programs files>CCR B. I right clicked on each file (Cricut-Craftroom.exe, getmacaddress.exe, and CCRbridge.exe) I checked the compatibility of each file to make sure each file had these settings. (windows xp service pack 3 version and run as administrator)If they didn't I checked the box to them.
To avoid bridge errors you need to make sure you allow your anti-virus to run this program. And check the box to run as administator. in both Windows 7 64 bit and Windows XP.
You do not have to adjust any settings in your virus software other then allowing the program to run.

Hopefully someone with F-Secure will be able to test this out. My trial version has expired so I can't go back and try. Thanks for posting what worked for you.
