Ok I will be hosting a 2013 calendar swap. Here are the rules and guidelines.

Due date will be July 31, 2012

You need to make 12 pages and send all 12

ONLY sign up if you will follow through with your comittment. I DON"T want FLAKERS.

Do your best work. Send pages you would like to recievce. Be proud of your work.

1.12x12 white page with an 8.5x11 calendar grid (handmade prefered) of your choosing using a color that will go with the month you choose. Leave 1.5" at the top for the binding how ever you choose to bind it.

2. Make the #’s 1/2" tall or smaller. You can stamp them also, just make sure they are on the right days. They can be welded to the calendar or made separate. It is up to you. I would weld them so I didn't lose them. If you don’t weld them make sure the numbers are in a bag for each person and mark which month it is for.

3. You can make the #'s how ever you want just so they don't fill the whole day so you can write in the calendar if you have something.

4. You would need to make a least a couple cuts that go with each month. If they are a holiday you can attach them but if they are not a holiday such as first day of school you couldn't attach them since you wouldn't know when that would be. For these cuts please put them in separate bags for each person and label which month they are for. These would also need to fit in the holes for the days.


5.This would be a calendar starting in January to December next year .

6.You would make 12 of the month of your choosing and only make the one page for the month for each person.

7. Make the month name but don't attach it to the paper. Let them put it where they would like. Thanks

We don't want these too bulky. It will ship better flatter. So use common sence when it comes to that. I think we all have that.

You would make your own cover and bind it your self. Unless you want to pay me to do it for you. I just bought a cinch. If you want me to bind it for you, you will need to send the cover with your pages.


And you can use the back of the month before to put a picture or decorate the way you would like when you get them home.

Maybe I'm not understanding correctly. I make 12 12X12 pages....for Halloween obviously because I have October...but I don't write or put October on it anywhere or attach the date squares or anything? Sorry I'm so confused :( I'm new at this!

This sounds fun! Just to verify. Do all 12 pages have to be the same or different? Can I use any type of calendar grid such as a printout? I'm trying to decide if I'm ready to try something like this as I am a newbie. Little nervous!
