help i've had my cricut create for a year and it works ok so i treated myself to gypsy i connected my gypsy to create as told to , to update my create but the gypsy turned off halfway through doing update (flat battery) now my create only lights up and buzzes will not do anything else. How do i reset it to factory settings so i can use it again . Gypsy is now on charge i think as it does not seem to be charging has it got a battery indicator so i can see how much charge is in it. just want my create back to how it was before

My Cricut Create will turn on but won't do anything else. I contacted customer service and was told that I probably needed a new power cord. The new power cord arrived,I plugged it in and nothing. It still won't work.
I am going to call them back tomorrow.
Anyone else have this problem or have a solution?

There is a red reset button. Slide carriage along & look into right & press reset button. Gypsy has a battery charging icon.
