Hello from Vegas! I've been walking around all over but also hitting lots of buffets

I've only gambled once... my friend was teaching my how to play roulette... lost $20... HAH HAH! I will probably try it again now that I know a little more how to play it

BingoLady: thank you for hosting... great sketches, did you make them yourself? Great sample cards as well! LOVE the vase, the Christmas card is cute, and LOVE paper on that last card

Hi everyone. I wanted to wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving. I'm also very busy with the Holiday and company. I loved all the cards you did last week, especially the challenge colors. It wasn't easy to come up with something but you all did.

Bingo Lady, thanks for the great sketches. Here's the colors for this week.

Thanks for these Bingolady and the great sample cards too, especially the second one, love it!

Here's my sketch 1 - I found this curly-haired moppet decoupage when clearing out my craft room, so thought it was time I used it...and as it's a little boy I kept the embellies fairly simple...

Turtlebug - cute card for #1 nice and bright. Pretty 2nd one but I do love your 3rd, great use of the ad colours.
Sandy - Great card, love the skate boarder stamp. Did you sponge the sky yourself? Looks fab.
Sunnie - hope you are all rested after your busy day at the VFW. Cards are great too.
Izzy - Lovely card, you realy made a simple sketch pop with that one. I had a hair day like him yesterday, Jonathan thought I was quite funny, cheekBigGrin I couldn't be bothered to straighten it. Great job.

Sketch 3 - thought I'd try my hand at stamping a wreath shape using tiny flowers and leaves (having just watched a demo on our crafts channel)...it turned out OK I think but I definitely need more practice..BigGrin ...bird/leaves is a Marianne's die cut and the gatefold card is (I think) a shape from Elegant Edges cobbled up with the Gypsy....btw, both side panels are EXACTLY the same colour - Blended Sage - lord knows why the right one looks blue!!?!

Turtlebug - Lovely fresh feel to the Christmas tree card, like the bold reds and greens...baby girl card is really sweet and the You Rock card really rocks!...great use of the ad colours there!...

Sandy - That is such a cute little snowboarder!...love those twisted metal embellies...

Sunnie - Love the tree theme running through yours this week - it's a great icon isn't it, as soon as you see that shape it says Christmas straight away...great work!...

BingoLady been able to make a few cards so hope you don't mind if I show them, moststarted from your sketches but you know how it goes. I have no idea about this camera it gives me the shakes and then the colours are off. Where is your husband when you need him!!

These first 3 are using some free papers out of a magazine. All are c6 size. They are all white cardstock and the papers are wine colour, I used some gold leather mirri card to lift the main topper and added some ribbon. The larger sq card has a hat pin and a Verve sentiment.
