Sturdy

I really love the metal frame and the fact that it locks down to hold the paper while in use, but I wish that this had the extended ruler arm. This one only measures up to 7 inches. Also, the paper has to be carefully aligned against the blue side where the blades are stored or you will get an uneven cut (up to 2 millimeters). The other down side is that you cannot buy replacements blades.

The trimmer comes with 4 replaceable blades giving you a wide variety of cutting options -- 2 straight cut blades, 1 scalloped blade, and 1 micro perforation blade.  The unique cutting arm "locks" your paper in place for perfect cutting!  Rulers on two edges and 5x7 and 4x6 registration marks keep your cuts consistent and precise.  These great features all come on a sturdy aluminum frame.
