His head is too small

Well I got all of the Movable Monsters as a part of the Halloween bundle, I started with the skeleton and did it as big as I could. I put in 24, but it automatically set it at 12. So I did the skeleton and it was great. Next I cut out Mr. Dracula, but everything seemed so small, especially his head. After assembling him tonight, his head just looks so small on his body and he is nearly half the size of my skeleton! I couldn't make him any bigger either, he was set at the highest setting. All-in-all, a little disappointing, but I still love him. :)
