Great for kids learning ABC's

I bought this cartridge and created an "alphabet book" with the animals for each of the children in my son's kindergarten class. The teacher and kids loved it. I had to contact Cricut, though, to find out what the following animals were: N - narwhal O - otter U - umbrellabird X - foX (just wanted to confirm since they used the last letter in the animal's name). Animals & inside letters cut nicely and you don't have to create a second layer to get the animal/letter effect (i.e. the kids glued the 1 piece of card stock animal to construction paper, so use a different color background paper to get the layered effect). I only gave it a 4.5 since it didn't have any other special features, but that's why it's "Lite".

Fun cartridge

I love this addition to my collection. I have used it to make the cutest wall hangings for my sons bedroom. I also love that you can set it to just cut out the letters. It was like a two in one cartridge one with the animal cut outs and also a font. It makes it that much more versatile.
