I was able to upload all of my cartridges but My World and Opposites Attract. I get a message that the Gypsy can't read them and to make sure everything was attached correctly (it was). Any suggestions?

I suggest trying them a few more times each, maybe flipping the carts each time. Some have said blowing on them helps (some dust on the connector, perhaps?).
Does Gypsy show the cart names and fail during linking, or do you not even see the screen showing the cart name when you try to link?

No, it doesn't read the name.

I think you'll have to call PC for replacements for the problem carts.
