Wow, Joyce, you're really on a roll with all those ideas. Unfortunately, my brain is getting all boggled up with Christmas card ideas and a calendar I have to make for my MIL for Christmas. She looks forward to it every year. Not sure if my Lime idea is going to cut it, but it's still rattling around up there

I feel like I haven't been to this thread in ages.
I love the idea about Designers challenge with the January cards. I personally had a ball with that one last year. Especially the guessing!
Good thing I checked the list, because I planned on making lime with lace cards this week. That would've been okay if I were working on November cards....not October cards! Then I realized the first Friday of the month gives me another whole week, so a big Whew to that and let me start looking for Plum paper. Points? Hmmmmm, nothing comes to mind right away other than stars. This will take some thinking.

UGH! I just can't keep up with this first Friday of the month! I don't know why! I am sorry Sherrie, but I am going to have to sit out on November's cards as well. I did send you a PM about October, but perhaps you didn't get it? I didn't see any XX for October. I wish I could get the Lime ones done, but with a craft sale on Saturday, I know I won't be able to do my best work if I try to rush getting them done! I hope you all understand, and I do apologize!
I will try to get December's done early so I am sure to not miss the deadline!
Again, I am truly sorry!
Oh and Designers decide sounds good for Jan!

November's cards aren't due until December 4th (first Friday of the following month). October's cards are due to Sherrie November 6th.
I'm pretty sure I've got it straight, but please let me know if not.
I hope so, because my Plum with points are being mailed to Sherrie today!

Sherrie, my plum with points will go postal today after work. I definitetly get the under achiever award this month :( I bought paper a month ago knowing that something grand would pop into my head but as of 1:30 am Sunday morning I was still struggling with it :) Oh well, at least they are finished.............and I know exactly what I'm doing for January! LOL

OK wait, maybe I am confused! Well more confused then I was anyway! I thought that the Plum ones were due first Friday of November (these would be October's) ???? And Lime ones were due first Fri in Dec (these would be November's?)?
Can someone please tell me what color am I making to be due on Dec 4th?

Gina - Cards are due the first Friday of the following month. Meaning Nov are due 1st Fri in Dec, Dec's are due 1st Fri in Jan, Jan's are due 1st Fri in Feb and so on.
This way, it gives everyone a wee bit of extra time and Mom can sort them that weekend and get them out by Monday. Make sense?
