Rules
1) You must go to the Cricut site and register your Swarm to be qualified to win
the monthly prize. You must register by the 15th of the month prior to when you
will hold your Swarm. (Example- If you plan on holding your Swarm in the month of
May, you will need to register by the 15th of April). Only registrations received
through the online form at www.cricut.com will be eligible for the monthly prize.
Only one person can register for each Swarm. If the Swarm is being sponsored by
more than one person, the registered person is responsible for communication with
Cricut and is responsible to distribute the prize as they choose. You may only register
once per month
2)A Swarm is a gathering of friends to craft or scrapbook using their Cricut. It
is meant to promote the fun and enjoyment you receive from your Cricut products.
There is not a set amount of people required except for it is a gathering which
would require 2 or more in attendance. We welcome everyone to register from the
small home party/crop to the larger organized gatherings. If you would like to find
out more information about Swarms being organized or to invite and/or meet others
in your area for a Swarm, please visit our Message Board Swarm Forum.
3) You will receive a confirmation email with your printable Swarm confirmation.
This confirmation will have a unique registration number on it. In order to qualify
to win the prize this confirmation certificate with your unique number must be visible
in your Swarm photo that you submit.
Example
4) You must submit your photo with the Swarm certificate visible in the picture
by the 10th of the month following the month of your Swarm. (Example- If you hold
your Swarm in April, we will need to receive your qualifying photo in our office
by the 10th of May) Submit photo to:
swarm@cricut.com
5) We will do a random drawing of all of the official entries to pick the winner
and ship the prize. This will be done by the 15th of the month after the month of
the Swarm unless the 15th is a weekend or a holiday. In those cases the winner will
be announced by the next business day. (Example- The winner for the April Swarm
will be announced by the 15th of May)
6) No fee or purchase of Cricut or Provo Craft products is required to enter.
7) This contest is available to legal residences of the United States, Canada and
Puerto Rico who are of legal age in their area. Contest entry void were prohibited.
It is understood that the Swarm you organize is completely your responsibility.
It is further understood that you are not an employee of Cricut, Provo Craft, or
its affiliates. It is also understood that you are not an official representation
of same and that you will not represent yourself as such. Cricut, Provo Craft and
its affiliates are in no way responsible for any of the expenses or other occurrences
that may arise due to your Swarm. The monthly prize is not guaranteed to be a specific
value and can vary from month to month. This prize is not payment or compensation
of any kind, but is a prize that is given through a random drawing.
