Well, I was able to update my G and my bug (finally - had a bit of trial and error with the bug; totally my own fault!). Tested 2 cuts so far from the included G carts and all seems well so far. Trying to get all of my carts registered before I start linking, but I have a question. After I power on the G, when it says it is loading, there are about a half dozen tiny pixels on the bottom right of the screen along the x axis that light up then they go away. Anybody else see this? Not sure if it is common or not. G seems to be functioning well as far as I can tell. Just want to be sure before I start the much talked about linking process. TIA

Yes, I see it, too. Been that way all along. I don't think it's anything to worry about.

I have the same issue... but they don't seem to be dead pixels since they do light up before the 'loading' starts and are fine there after... so I have just ****ociated it with that loading 'frame'. It's not a major issue to me because I know they aren't dead, and I know the black color does show up on other screens. Not sure if it's a normal thing or not though. I'm just glad that's the worst of my problems with it! HaHa.

Thanks much GypsyMoon! Let the linking begin! Can't tell you how excited I am about this gadget. I really wanted to like DS when it came out because I felt it had so much potential, but it never lived up to it for me. The G, on the other hand, so far seems to be full of possibilities and much easier to use.

Well, I guess if we all see it, we're in good company!
