Wow, I didn't know that PC owned proud parents.  Interesting.  I've bought from them before and always had great service.  I've never heard of the other ebay seller that you listed.

I just got two carts in the mail today (Nov. 2) that I ordered on line very late on Oct. 29 and very early on Oct 30 (both middle of the night buys).  They had different company names but the same address.
The carts were:
Wild Cart            $32.10    Electronicsuperhub
A Child's Year      $29.60    ProudParents2005

Their address is 386 S. 671 W
                     Pleasant Grove, UT 84062
The prices and service were both great!

Is craftnmom002  also the same as proudparents2005 and electronicsuperhub?  The shipping writeup is almost exactly the same, except craftnmom002 has a $5 restocking fee, while proudparent2005 and electronicsuperhub have a 15% restocking fee.  craftnmom002 location is listed as "Rocky Mountains," which the other two are both listed as "Rexburg, Idaho."

I purchased a cart from proudparents2005 in which the auction stated free USPS First Class shipping and I verified this fact via email that this included Hawaii.  Well, they sent the cart via USPS Parcel Post, which comes to Hawaii via boat and takes about a month to get here, whereas, USPS First Class comes via air and takes 3-5 days.

When I inquired why they violated their own shipping terms, they said, "We just changed to parcel post last week and haven't caught all the listings. Sorry about that. Have a great day."  I bought that cart in July and here it is November and each and every listing still states free USPS First Class shipping--they haven't changed a thing!

I told them that I wouldn't have even bid on the cart if I had known it was going to be sent via Parcel Post.  They told me in not so many words that I won the cart for under the price that they get the cartridge for and I had free shipping so too bad if I have to wait longer to get the cart!  Can you believe that?!

Horrible customer service and I will never buy anything from proudparents2005, as well as craftnmom002, and  electronicsuperhub, if they all turn out to be one and the same.

Both have the same bad grammar: "For international orders we do not mark it as a gift, we put the value of sale from ebay on the package, so their will be Customs or Duty Fees."

Same seller, IMO.

craftnmom002 also has that exact same bad grammar/spelling write up on their listings.

I sure hope they are good, I just bought the Blue E/ Your Story bundle.  I JUST lost out on two auctions earlier in the day that did not include the YS... perhaps the original poster noticed the same initials because people were bidding on auctions repeatedly, trying to win one at a price they wanted.  If the initials were H***p it was probably me!

Because I bought 4 carts and the box that came had their address on it as the return address. Its been said on here several times that Proudparents is Provocraft. I dont know anyother way the return address could have been theirs

That makes sense. When I purchased from them, I didn't make the address connection.

Hmmm...weird...Sorry, I didn't take the time to read the other thread. But is it possible that one or all of these sellers have somehow worked out a drop-ship arrangement with Provocraft?

I am not sure wether they are the same people. I can tell you however, I have won several auctions from Proudparents2005. They were excellent to deal with. Answered questions and super fast shipping. They were great and I always check out their Auctions when looking to buy a cartridge. JMO

Okay, I checked my email from when I went to a focus group, and that's NOT Provocraft's address.  Not even the same city.  For obvious reasons I'm not sharing the address, but yeah.. there's several cities between where PC is located and where Pleasant Grove is.

I checked the address on Google Maps, and it looks like it's located in a warehouse type area.  So the company is probably based in Rexburg, but they are probably shipping out of Utah.. and there's nothing wrong with that.

So the myth that Proud Parents is ProvoCraft is most likely false, unless an admin has come on and admitted to it (I haven't read the other thread).  I've been to their headquarters and they've got shipping docks out of the back of the building.  So they probably store their stuff in the shipping/warehouse area, I don't think they'd store it in a city that's a ways north of it.

Haha, I checked the other thread and saw I had posted in it.. but I didn't read it beyond my post

I still stand by what I said, I don't think it's exactly a PC affiliated company.

My box that I received was a box with a cricut on it and had Provo Crafts address on it. I have absouetly no doubt that it came from there. There is really no need for further investigation. They have given great service. END OF STORY!

I had gotten cartridges from Proud Parents several times.  Never a problem.

I imagine there are many people like me that follow the bidding on the same cartridge from different people.  If I get outbid from one seller, I go to another.  I might have several bids with one seller, by the time the auction is finished.

That's how I get such good prices.
