Hi Christina!

That is a very cute idea.....however I am asking permission from the designer first to see if she is comfortable with me trying to re-create that on the gypsy.

I don't want to take away from her original idea or hardwork.

As soon as I get a response from her I will let you know

Sorry, just respecting another designer's copyrights (I wouldn't want someone copying from me and claiming it as their own) KWIM??

Hopefully we hear soon, she is offline right now.

of course asking permission from the designer is the only the right thing to do i agree its not fair to take credit for others ideas and hard work

my fingers are crossed i hope she doesnt mind if you recreate it :)

Hi Christina, Wanda was very nice and was kind enough to get back to me.

Here is her response:

However I do not allow my designs to be re-designed as other file formats or copied in any form, or to be re-sold digitally. I retain the copyrights to all my designs. I appreciate you contacting me with this, as this project was a lot of work and I sell these on my website. I draw all the graphics for these projects therefore the graphics are copyrighted as well. These terms are included in my Terms of Use.

She could buy the Printable I have available for sale and cut it out manually with scissors.

oh i guess that blows that idea. lol

thanks for helping me with my hyperlink siggy :) now if i can figure out how to add pics etc to my blog maybe i can use it to put my little achievements on it :)
