Well since PC doesn't give us a book with the solution's cartridges, I decided to make my own.  I've spent a little time when I have it over the last few months laying the images out in Photoshop and then last night I finally had finished them.  So I manually duplexed them on my color printer and layed out a cutting template in DS, that would cut the printed image down to the same size as the books from PC and cut all the holes at the top so I could put some PVC binding on the top edge.  :)

I think that I will put the pages 6 on a sheet like some of the other cheat sheets are and post it to my blog.  (The individual pages are quite large in size right now, and I don't have any sort of hosting site set-up. Short of hijacking a little bit of server space on my theater groups website, I don't know that I could do it!)  I'm not home right now, but I will try to get to it at the begining of next week.  I'll make a post and let everyone know.  :)  I figured that I probably wasn't the only one that needed the visual of the different layers a little larger and the difference between shadow and blackout.

MSChewie,
Let me just say wow! Hope you will make the files available when you get a chance. Don't worry about server space. Mediafire only takes a couple of minutes to set up and is free(and there are others like that, but it is one with good ratings).
By the way, your colors are much easier to see than the ones PC uses! They should hire you.

In theory, this works.
http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=4f6878ef07276a0690a82c7bb0fad7ad75e0a27e5adc17e9c95965eaa7bc68bc

I uploaded the pdf version of the booklet, the booklet 6 pages on one 8.5x11 page and a cut file to cut the pages to size so that the printing goes all the way to the edge.  I used George for the rectangle and Celebrations for the holes for the dots.
I cut my paper to 7.5 x 5 so that all I had to do was flip it over and reinsert it to get the back to line up, you might have to do something different with your own printer.

GOOD LUCK!

Yea!  Glad to hear that it printed well for you!  I am curious to know if anyone has tried the individual page booklet and tried the cut file to use pvc coil to bind it?  I use PVC coil for my word books so I am always using it new ways.  I just can't justify a BIA when I can get coil PVC in so many colors and sizes.

Anyhow, again, I am glad to hear that this is working.  :)
